Drake Locks In 10th Top 10 Album On Billboard 200 With “So Far Gone”

After 10 years, Drake’s So Far Gone mixtape has finally debuted on the Billboard charts, entering at No. 5 for the week ending February 21st after moving 45,000 equivalent album units, 7,000 of which are pure album sales. It now marks the 10th total top 10 effort to be issued by Drizzy.

The mixtape originally arrived for free in 2009 and was treated to commercial distribution on February 15th of this year to commemorate the effort’s 10th anniversary. A physical CD release is set to arrive on March 8th.

With 37,000 units accounting for streaming, Drake garners 47.4 million on-demand audio streams for the mixtape’s tracks, becoming the third-most streamed effort of the week, behind Ariana Grande’s Thank U, Next with 168.6 million and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s Hoodie SZN with 57.5 million.

You’ll find the former reclaiming its title at No. 1 on this week’s charts for the second week in a row with Grande moving 151,000 units, making her the first solo woman to spend more than one week at No. 1 in over a year.

At No. 2, you’ll see the soundtrack to Bohemian Rhapsody with 56,000 units while the A Star Is Born soundtrack slides down to No. 3 with 51, 000. Following after is Florida Georgia Line as the country duo’s Can’t Say I Ain’t Country album debuts at No. 4 with 50,000 units.

Following Drake’s No. 5 entry is A Boogie’s Hoodie SZN with 39,000 units while Post Malone clocks in at No. 7 for beerbongs & bentleys with 34,000 units. Travis Scott’s Astroworld claims No. 8 with 33,000 units, 21 Savage’s I am > I was is No.9 with 32,000 units and Meek Mill closes things out with Championships at No. 10 with 32,000 units.
